Megathread Tranny Sideshows on Social Media - Any small-time spectacle on Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter, Dating Sites, and other social media.

Unsurprising. A lot of tranny chopdocs are hackjobs with creepy attitudes. They know they can't get fired or dumped because trannies need them, so they'll forever continue to profit off of the mental illness no matter how they act. This is exactly why chopdocs like Crane, Bowers, and Garramone can remain in practice no matter how many trannies stomp their feet and scream.
I don’t know how medical licensure works. Can troons complain to the plastic surgery board? Or does it not matter since nobody’s died? Clearly plastic surgeons are fine with performing totally ill advised procedures all the time, like the giant breast implants porn stars get.

I'm actually not sure about this, but to get scheduled with a doctor you still need two letters of recommendation from therapists. The rules for surgery have relaxed considerably but you still need two letters of recommendation, at least in my state. I can think of a few reasons why they won't get canned despite complaints (because they definitely exist and there was a picture floating around in this thread where an FTM had a sign that described his botched phallo [radial arm graft iirc]).

Since this is "life-saving surgery," the doctors are simply performing what the patient wants in order to improve their quality of life due to their gender dysphoria. If the surgery is botched, the surgeon can simply bring up the letters of recommendation and that he or she did the best they could with what they had to work with, from not enough penile length to craft the neovag, to working with a fat patient in a double masectomy resulting in a fucked up chest, etc.. you get the idea.

They could also have a clause in their papers that could exempt them in case a botched job happens, and 3/4ths of the human population don't fucking read contracts or even the ToS for websites, so who knows what the troons overlooked.

Some practices will not take insurance at all. Cash only. Period. Dr. Medalie does this because he was tired of dealing with insurance, iirc. So if a botch happens and you lose your money and try to sue, you'll probably end up being steamrolled by the practice anyway unless you're a rich troon; even then, rich troons probably go to better surgeons.

This is just my speculation though, and I could be completely wrong.

Found this one on reddit. An ftm. Forgive me for being a sperg, but there's just something womanly about her huge cheeks that makes the "man" thing hard to believe. More like a pubescent boy at most.
Nothing too bad, he just looks like a young boy. I wouldn't take a second look. He's not like those weird looking F2Ms that resemble bush babies..

The problem is as long as you don't have huge disfigurement results are completely subjective. If you have a very masculine face to begin with, then you're probably screwed.

These screenshots were all taken at various different points in this video, and at no point did he pass as anything other than a half-horse, half-human hybrid.

But I know his fellow trannies and tranny ass-kissers are lying to him in the comments section.

“Too conservative” :story:
Also thanks Starbucks

Here he is before and after FFS:

Shaving the jawline without significantly reducing the chin only serves to emphasize the latter. Ironically, like Luke Lockhart, this dude emerged from FFS with an even more pronounced chin than before.

I have a trans related ancedote I recently remembered, so I'll throw my hat into the ring. Though, it's less about the troon and more about the troon's friend.

I started going to conventions as a kid to hang out with friends before Tumblr was a name anyone knew, let alone gender stuff. An older friend introduced me to a friend of hers, Aiden. This wasn't his name, but it was a similar kind of name. You know. I was barely a teenager and naive, so I didn't question it any further. Aiden was short, skinny, and wore large platform boots to compensate. Since we were all so young, I figured he was simply a manlet who hadn't hit a growth spurt yet.

Fast forward about two years, the friend who introduced us said she's dating Aiden. That's nice, I thought. I had only ever seen Aiden for a short time but I thought he was quite cute and fun to be around.

One of our teachers was openly judgemental about them to my face. She said it was wrong for my friend to be gay and she had higher hopes for her than that. Barring the fact I disagreed, I was incredibly confused what the hell she meant by that, so I didn't say anything and went to ask my friend instead. 'That's ridiculous,' she told me. 'I've helped him out of his cosplays and had sex with him, he has a penis.' That was what I thought.

A few more years later. My friend and Aiden eventually broke up, and she had found another long term partner awhile later. I brought it up to my mom and she asked 'wait, wasn't friend gay?'. I told her no, she dated Aiden for a long time. My mother said she was pretty sure Aiden had been a girl. I didn't trust my old teacher's judgement, but my mom is different, and it had been so long since I had seen Aiden I had started to put some of the pieces together. I figured what was going on, but I'd ask friend to be sure.

We were still in contact. I texted, 'Hey, remember Aiden?'. 'Sure, what about him?' 'He was a cis dude, wasn't he?'

And here's the crux of this story. I expected either 'No, he was ftm, actually.' or 'Yes, he was a cis man.' Even if that was an actual lie, it would have satsified me. But what was her answer?

'It's very rude to ask someone what their birth sex is for any reason, that's none of your business.'

I was under the clear impression this person was a passing cis dude (albeit due to a fuzzy, naive, years old memory), and her answer was to pretty much out Aiden instantly which I'm under the impression is supposed to be a big taboo. I dropped the subject and apologized because it wasn't worth it and I had an answer.

Though, I would have figured out the truth eventually. I saw Aiden about a year ago at another convention, my first time seeing him since that encounter as kids. He was the exact same height, but now obese, hairy, and pimply. I felt pretty bad.

This is all on point I just wanna add that literally every surgery, no matter how small, carries a risk of infection or any other complication. Jaw shaving surgeries are notorious for having a lot of nerve damage, before troons Koreans used to do this and it was a well known fact. There are obviously bad and good surgeons, experienced and inexperienced, with good or bad technique, but a bad outcome doesn't mean something is automatically botched. The best surgeon in the world in the best center in the world who did everything right still gets complications and infections. People who go to non-urgent surgeries don't really understand this is a real possibility or just assume it won't happen to them. It's inevitably going to happen to some of these troons, even more so than regular people given their poor hygiene. It's on the consent form and discussed with the surgeon, but they chose to accept this risk by having a surgery. Now, why the fuck are these mutilating surgeries allowed and practiced? I have no idea, but cosmetic surgery is in generally an ethically dodgy field and as evidenced by those massive boobs and botched jobs, it's full of psychopaths who only care about money.

I checked back up on plural it/fae troon Emivoidcutest and it looks like he's been going through a rough time. Oh, and the voices in his head are telling him to commit murder.

I love how the replies are all wishy-washy BS. If any of his "friends" were sane at all, this sort of public outburst would result in a reaction more like this:

stopItGetSomeHelp.gif

Unfortunately, we all know that actually getting help may result in developing self-awareness. God forbid he realizes he's permanently frustrated and angry because he's living a lie and deep down, past all that denial, AGP and asspats he knows it. Understanding that fact might help with the problem, and we can't have that.

The problem isn't the fact that all surgeries carry a risk, and I think most people in this thread know this. I'm not talking fistulas or rotting nipples or closed up urethras or granules in the neovagina....The problem is the entitled/creepy/rude trans surgeons who are allowed to get off scot-free when they mutilate a trans patient more than what's necessary. There are certainly good results depending on who you ask, but remember that they only show the good ones. These are medical salesman and will do everything by the book to take your money.

Take for example Dr. Garramone. He was pretty much THE surgeon you went to for FTM top surgery and was a staple name in the community. There's definitely documentation floating around about his horrible, cocky attitude. His results were/are variable and he tends to cherry pick to deceive FTMs in hopes of getting their dream chest. He might've changed since I last looked him up but who knows.....Dr. Bowers we all know from this thread of her neovagina disasters. Dr. Medalie has arguably good and consistent results for a double masectomy surgeon but he has obscenely bad metoidioplasty results that can be found on TransBucket.

Oftentimes, when patients confront their surgeons with easily fixable complications that keep cropping up and being aggravated from the surgeon not knowing what the fuck he's doing, and sometimes with images of them quite literally falling apart, reactions will range from 🤷‍♂️ to "lol I think I did a good job" to "LMAO get fucked," which, even though they're troons, they're still a surgical patient and should never get that type of treatment.

That's the problem. Trans surgeons know they can act like this on occasion and get away with it because troons depend on them. They need their top surgeries, neovaginas, mansculpting, FFS, and phalloplasties from SOMEWHERE, and if they ousted all the household names for their shitty attitudes, then they're left with the back alley hackjobs and barely trained apprentices.
