If a cop serves you with an arrest warrant, it's not false arrest. You are going with the po-po unless you're willing to go full tard and try to fight the law. Technically, the cop is just a process server (albeit one who doesn't just give you the papers, but carts you off).
Tricks like this are actually common. I remember a while back, one jurisdiction swept up a BUNCH of outstanding warrants by sending them all letters saying they were lottery finalists. Good times.
