Even if he managed to get paid in fees award, his bill is still much greater and given the epic god-tier insurance he said he had and that was paying EVERYTHING...he's still not seeing a single cent out of this, guess that new home and new car he wanted to buy after destroying Vic's life&career will keep on being impossible dreams/illusions...just like everything he's convinced himself into believing as absolute truth. :story::story:

The new KV cope appears to be "well Vic will fail at motion for summary judgement if this comes back!" I'm not a lawfag so someone could probably explain why it's bullshit better than me. Some rando got accused of being Chuck again.

I find it intriguing that suddenly their new mantra is "well even if the case DOES come back, Vic loses on motion for summary judgement!" It's a far cry from the very first beginnings of this case, where TCPA was the be all end all of their purview. No reason to consider anything else, the case was "open and shut TCPA" that was that. The end.

But now all of a sudden it's "well Vic will never ever ever get his appeals to go through BUT IF HE DID IT WOULDNT MATTER RREEEEE!" Very interesting change of tone. Methinks the word on the wind in their inner circles smells a bit fowl.
