I've always wondered what makes people like Manny here become so obsessed with products like Trolls. It would be fine if the obsession was based on nostalgia but most of the people that I've observed so far probably don't know what the og trolls dolls look like. The theory that people like Manny are just mentally stunted is probably the most likely answer as someone mentioned earlier.

I really hate this tumblr habit where any instance of understanding color theory must mean it’s LGBT. And given that there’s a flag for nearly every sexuality, no color combo is safe from these people.

That second post is just plain suspect; it’s a pretty straightforward question that any sane person would respond with “No”. The fact that he dodged it and calls it dumb bait just sets off red flags.

Seeing his commission work compared to his actual work, it looks like he spends a whole whopping 30 minutes MAX on what's supposed to be a "polished" piece. Which I guess takes more effort than the normal 3-5 minutes it looks like it takes him to draw his normal lazy ass art. I can see why it's so exhausting for him.

What likely makes them want to fuck the more recently designed troll dolls is that they're designed in a more soft and inoffensive sense than the originals. It's like catnip to people like Manny because they only know stuff designed like adventure time and the like. Trying to take them to something out of that zone is only met with disdain and aggression.
