It makes sense that someone who gets migraines all the time would troon out. They understandably dislike their body because they’re in pain frequently. Estrogen has a positive anti-migraine effect too, so HRT will make them hate their body less.

Could be possible. Perhaps there is a small chance that stopping hrt in your late teens results in a very late puberty. He still has testicles but I don't know if his fertility can return or if they can still drop normally.
He stopped hrt for a reason. He wants to jerk off like other men do which means he realized that hrt makes it impossible for someone who had no puberty. Which also means he knows that his body could masculinize.
