edit: almost all the 5th generation apparently were ready since April, their twitter profiles were created almost at the same time but were empty, probably the cof delayed the announcement, i did not noticed Botan until Fubuki retweeted her

I dont believe that Sakura was involved if we were picking that rule then Mio would also be involved but her reason was that Capcom and Youtube turbonuked her account to the point that even Superchat and monetization was removed, Capcom is on a warpath recently even removing Artbooks and everything under the sun

I don't believe the Miko or Mio narratives either. It's common knowledge that Mio's channel is on copyright strike #2 and Cover would prefer to play it extremely safe. Miko is dealing with some chronic illness and while I can't confirm or disprove it, her temporary send-off was a lot more soft than Kaoru's being shoah'n the door; I doubt she was involved.
