That's one thing I noticed about his videos. The thumbnails have the saturation jacked all the way up, so not only does his food look incredibly greasy in them, but he and whatever poor soul is eating with him looks like they have high blood pressure.

He denies it but Orlin has mentioned multiple times checking his blood sugar, especially how Nik is cheap and doesn't change out the little needle cartridge in between uses.
He cries and whines about "Oh I'm fat and I don't know why." or "Stress is causing it!" but it's obvious a diet of nothing but shit food is going to take its toll no matter how many lettuce leaves you wrap around it. Orlin also kind of side-mentioned that Nik has been getting into"funnel feeding" which I can see him being into the attention from weird fetishistic feeder dudes. It's obvious his goal is to end up a giant, immobile walrus being fed his cravings and cared for. The inability to actually do anything leading to no expectations and constant care would fit his narcissism just fine.

Nick's thread always made feel kind of nauseous, and it continues to deliver. I guess someone needs to fill the void as a gay lard avalanche that was left behind by Chance Carmichael. But maybe Nick should read up on Chance's last months, that were less than sexy. I don't even know if he would make it to almost 700 pounds before his body completely gives up on him. Coming to think of this, are there any cases of slim people ballooning up to gigantic 600-700 pound lard monsters? I only know of cases were the person always was kind of overweight to obese, before everything fully escalated

Everybody is being super critical of this which is fair, but I enjoyed it. I agree that it’s basic nikocado lore most of us already knew about. But I thought it was well done and an overall great archive of “nikocado 101” - I feel like if you didn’t want to invest in reading the now (as of positing this) 124 pages of nicks thread you could watch that video and maybe read the last 20 pages of the thread and be pretty much caught up. It wasn’t some in-depth investigative human insight piece into the mind of nikocado but in my opinion a really well done why is this guy a lolcow with more than enough information to be able to chat with other cow watchers about nickocado if you wanted. It would be an apt summary to put in the OP of this thread, lol.
