This is a really cruel thing to say, but I think Phil's career ending because of a medical complication is the most laughable conclusion.
All the things he's luckily "survived", all the people Mr. Unkillable's "outlasted", and what does him in is some simple as fuck complication he could've watched out for. Still ends because of his own stupidity and can't be handheld by anyone.

You know what? I'm actually with him on this. If you go into someone's twitch chat and show your asshole like an unfunny attention whore you deserve to get banned, and laughed at, and doubly so if you paid money beforehand so everyone would get a better look at your asshole. Simps are universally worse than the people they support.

He has literally forsaken part of his humanity in exchange for collecting $200 a day from a bunch of people he has no personal affinity nor relationship with.

He has no other form of social interaction outside of the supposed conversations he has with his equine partner but given the glimpses of the dynamics between him and Khet, I absolutely do not believe that they are substantial or satisfying in any way.

At this point, I am wholeheartedly convinced that Phil suffers from a mild version of autism. He fits too many criteria to not be autistic and it explains why he’s such a magnet for the other spergs.

He is definitely on the spectrum in a bad way. There's other people who have spent years streaming and are nowhere near as insufferable as Phil.
