Always the problem with protest groups, there are some people with good intentions that have some legitimate points and want change but it's a popularity contest like anything else. The people who want discussions and to get good points across are drowned out by some rich kids yelling into a megaphone directing their orbiters to go break stuff so they can feel important.

However, if you wanted to start getting people sued for defamation, one could start creating organizations like "American Nazis Inc" or "White Supremacy." Thus, the statement "you are a white supremacist" becomes a verifiable fact statement, and thus defamation to call non-members, members.
You could also give lefty politicians "honorary membership" in these groups, too.
I think BLM gets the business either way. Just after the election.
Much like in 2016, they'll be put away until the next national election. They're just another arrow in the DNC's quiver, now.
This is, of course, assuming the left still has control of their golem. BLM is a neo-marxist organization targeting race greivences, after all.
The desperation to get rid of Trump is more than just liberal butthurt Because it was Her Turn. Now it's become a case of literal self-preservation. Unless a lefty-friendly administration takes control of the DOJ, and soon, there are a LOT of indictments coming that no amount of cash and political favor can stop. Everyone from the FBI to BLM is a potential target, so burning their own cities are a legit option right now. They have nothing to lose.
If it doesn't make Trump look bad, they'll go down, and they know it. Better to take the chance that joining the Revolution (tm) works and ousts orangeman by street-level coup than sit around and wait for those papers to be served...
Everyone who spent 2016 - 2020 going at the King, and missing, now realize exactly what the fallout of that truly means..... and as BLM/ANTIFA run out of steam...wearing out their welcome with the public well before the election, their terror is becoming palpable...
Oh yes. They definitely passed the rubicon sometime in 2016, and again sometime in the past 4 years. At this point they either win and start destroying evidence or they're utterly fucked.
They expected her to win. They bought their own hype. A lot of the shit Obama/Biden did was meant to destroy Trump
after he lost, to send a message to any uppity proles who might ever think a non-elite could run for national office. But then the fucker won, and worse, refused to play ball. The only saving grace from their POV is someone tricked him into not doing a full on purge when he got brought in, so moles and career scumfucks (the "deep state") could fuck him over for a few years.
But Trump's smart. They're desperate to pretend he isn't, but he is. And he's learned. And if he does get that second 4 years, without needing to worry about being re-elected, he is going to skullfuck them into the ground.
