The General Thread

I've got somebody making me a pretty cool mask, it's a kamen rider styled one.
Dr Focaccia said you should wear goggles but I can't find a pair that really looks all grasshoppery and weird so far.
I have prescription ones for factory work. I'd really like to be there right now, this bum shit sucks.

Coronavirus has made my mom go full germaphobe and she keeps opening my packages to spray the contents with disinfectant “in case somebody sneezed on it in the factory”. It’s annoying the shit out of me and I’m getting really sick of it.

Next time she leaves the house treat her to a course of decontamination when she gets back.

I've been wondering about actual germophobes and how they're responding. I used to know a couple but don't currently. As in people who routinely wore surgical grade masks out of fear of viruses and would run away and hide from anyone coughing or sneezing. Are they thrilled that their abnormal behavior is now completely rational and even legally mandated? Or are they completely freaked out because their worst fears have come true?

I know some germaphobe types and they're already grossed out by my well worn caterpillar boots and streams of tobacco spit. They fucking bolt when I come around.
I sneezed into my mask and a couple looked like I just ate a live jewish infant in front of them.

A few 7-11's and other dip purchasing places have become no go zones thanks to the nonstop welfare party by joggers, and the ssdi fucks downstairs tard's agency enables.
I fucked up my pinky and ring finger punching one of them in their concrete thick skull awhile back when they tried to jump me.
I saw the mf I fought and they do look more retarded than usual. You shouldn't drink on Seroquel dontcha know.

I've just gone ahead and switched to black buffalo and outlaw dip since it goes to a locked mailbox and black buffalo makes some strong shit.

If you ever try it I recommend the peach and blood orange.
Keep it in the freezer as it doesn't pack the same as real tobaccy and the peach is really good ice cold. You'll spit black from this shit.
I chatted up one of their butterface social workers yesterday and got the idea the agency is in deep financial trouble.

If they shut down we're gonna have a huge problem with these guys.

I just got my first scam e-mail!
It goes something like this:
Bla-bla-bla, I planted a trojan on the device you use to browse the internet, now I have access to your webcam, microphone and all the social networks. I recorded a video of you masturbating and will send it out to all your friends, unless you transfer 650$ to my bitcoin wallet. Then I'll just remove the video and leave you alone, pinky swear!
Oh, and don't try to tell anyone about this e-mail or scan your device with an antivirus, or I'll just release everything right away!

Naturally this is all bullshit, otherwise there would be some concrete proof, like the aforementioned video, a list of pornsites I visited, a list of contacts, that will receive the video unless I comply, but this got me thinking, that even if there was proof, I'd rather still not pay, cause there's no guarantee, that it won't end up like that one episode of Black Mirror:

I'm sure more than a few scammers have killed themselves after watching too many neckbeards whack off.

Not to go OVER 9000 but I have pretty severe OCD and germphobia, it's kind of nice to see people being slightly more hygienic and for me to not have to hide or suppress my compulsion to avoid strangers getting too close to me, Lysol the fuck out of everything and sanitize my hands thoroughly after touching anything sus. But it's low key infuriating to see how many people think they're being careful while still doing tons of gross shit like coughing in their gloved hands and touching everything, and how they always pull down their masks and lean around the plague shields to talk to you if you're behind one, and do a half ass job of social distancing if they even bothered after early April (not that directional arrows do fuck all besides congest aisles anyway)... The whole thing seems like security theater frankly.

I never broke my lease and was renting a room nearby, with downstairs tard gone for good I'm returning to my apartment. I feel good about this victory.

My 10-12 week old kitten always pooops in his carrier when I’m driving him home from the vet. Like, at the red light before my street he decides that he needs to poop now. Is he getting carsick? It’s just a ten minute straight drive.

My building's maintenance man basically described that now that they have access to downstairs tard's apartment, they are going to have to pay for professional decontamination.

He got re-instituitionalized this week so I can leave my rented room for good and be in the actual fucking apartment without his tardy parties and drug dealer visits and shit.

I still hate the neighborhood but until the Coof settles down I don't know what would be better anyways.

I think I'd like to go back to South Carolina.

As much as I've complained about lockdowns fucking over my college career, it's honestly kinda neat that I have an excuse to be a NEET for several months. During my first semester, I always so badly wished I could just stay at home doing nothing but playing niche PS Triple games when eating breakfast in the dining hall before my 8 AM class.

I was listening to dizzy galpsie and one tune had a warm horn sound.

It gave the feeling of candle light.

Can anyone recommend more jazz tunes which have the same horn style and feel?

They marked down the brand new "Rocket Arena" game from $30 to about $6 so I gave it a go.

It's ok but I can see it going free to play soon.

I have not reinstalled Overwatch in a long time and just don't want to.
