I have never understood this fetish (thank God for sanity!), but I notice it usually involves forcing a helpless person/victim to inflate.

Depends. I've noticed with the human inflation art, it tends to be usually forced. But furry inflation stuff seems to be consensual.
Human stuff also tends to be women and furry stuff tends to be men inflated.

...I wish I didn't know this shit.

I can kinda understand it (kinda being the key word here) as it doesn't involve things like inflation or something like that. But that still doesn't make me question a lot of the other aspects, like why people would like to lick them, dirty or otherwise. I also never got the whole tickle part of the fetish either. Or why some pictures have to look really detailed.

Then there's the ones out there who are really fucking desperate and will go after either furry or male (or even male furry) feet, which really makes me feel sick to my stomach.

I have to wonder if one of the forerunners of dA has an inflation fetish. Maybe that's why.

As for the foot fetish part, tame as it may be. That still doesn't excuse it for creeping the ever-loving shit of of me at times. And more so if it's a male foot they're going after.
