I never said it made me upset. It didn't. I said I practiced radical acceptance. I had compassion for my dad because his mother was a malignant Narc hell-bent on making him the family scapegoat. Being a Scapegoat comes with a lot of psychological challenges and if you don't have Torah you will suffer.

My father was poor, he didn't have money to help me at times. He did geniunely care about me though. He helped me financially when he could. He loved me more than my mom did. He would call me and talk, call me and check in on me, take me out to eat, take me biking.

It hurt when he died but I figured he was in a lot of pain to be as determined as he was to die by shooting himself through the mouth. Ouch, must have really been hurting inside. It's a shame he didn't come home to The Father for healing. But I was only 20 years old then. I couldn't help him.

He passed on to me his knowledge and passion for Cycling, and for that I can always be grateful.
