I don't know. Something tells me that he is either going to release it as something completelly different from what he stated it's going to be or that he has canceled it. I think that because he was talking about pushing Osana and demo more frequently and if he really had some conversation with publisher, they probably told him to stop this crap.
But if it will be released after all, then I'm not sure it's going to be as autistic as the first part. Everything that he could bitch about he'd bitched about already. Also, now he has "No, I don't" page and all his excuses are already there, so he just tells people to check that shit. But I'm still curious what beer metaphor was about.
My theory is that he releases the video alongside 505 gaining control/rights/whatever the fuck the deal with them is. It would coincide with him no longer being the face of the project and allow him to do some minor flexing about finishing Osana. Maybe not Hate and Shame 2, but something similar with a positive spin.

The hack was perfect for that.
He was too busy checking his dollforum account.

I don't know. On the one hand they should know that mentioning any drama directly will cause people's interest in it to grow and we know how it paid out the last time, but on the other they should've kept themselves away from Alex as far as possible if they care about their money, so they are stupid enough to do this.

Ok, do you have any expirience in writing OPs? I think not, so I'd rather asked @Banworld, but I'm not sure if he is interested..

I couldn't find this post except through @SIGSEGV's reply so maybe you never posted this, but regardless - I am interested in writing a new OP. I won't make promises, but a comprehensive OP would be the next step to a YandereDev subforum that this thread desperately needs, in my opinion.

I'd say Alex is actually a lot easier to write for than Boogie is, since with Boogie you have to actively juggle years of lies and half-truths. Alex has fairly consistently been a vindictive and pathetic person so a timeline would speak for itself.

Also, there are a decent amount of videos talking about YandereDev and the game in enough depth to get up to speed.

Hilariously, only The Rise and Fall of YandereDev is any good for that. Like Alex, the YanDev hate community hasn't done anything new in years. Even that video misses out on school shooter stuff, though. I'll take a crack at it this weekend and see what I dig up.

Dunno if this was posted here yet or not, but It seems more and more people are jumping on the bandwagon.

Another contender I see?
Okay, so I just finished watching all of the videos, and holy shit!, a yandere game that actually looks good! The creator claims that the game has been in development for 10+ months, and the channel was recently created on May 21st of this year. They claim to already have two rival prototypes already with 6 planned for the full game, multiple killing methods (Dump in river unconscious, drop locker on them, knife stabbing), intro cutscenes, character animations/event reactions, 3 different personalities (Heroic, coward, generic), a completed story, and even a brother in the game which makes for some interesting mechanics.
It looks as though difficulty arises from the heroic students being unkillable, and having a densely populated school which provides constant exposure to witnesses. They aren't planning on including any clubs, rather, the game appears to have a greater focus on the social aspects of the school such as manipulating relationships and listening in on conversations. The creator has distanced themselves from any discord retardation, which is a great sign, and they've made it clear in multiple videos that they don't intend to monetize this game (No patreon in sight), although this of course is always subject to change. Sanity also looks to be raised only by locating cats throughout the school, which could be a significant difficulty concern, depending on how many cats, if any, are wandering around at any given moment, and how NPCs react to a low-sanity MC (Instant game over/long-term implications).
Based on what I've seen in the videos, development looks consistent, and they aren't planning on releasing the game until it has been completed. There is the chance that everything could've been thrown together sloppily for specific video scenes, but I don't see any benefits they might gain from rushing a game in such a way, as they have no donation links or discord servers, and there is little publicity (I've only heard about it just now). Another question I have is who the developer is, as they've done a good job at obfuscating their identity and don't link to anything outside of their YT channel, and based on some details in the videos, is likely someone young between the ages of 16-20.
Regardless, this is actual progress and I'm interested to see where development leads.

I mean, updates to the Yandere Saga aren't that frequent.

a yandere dev meme has made its way into meme review at 10:55 https://youtu.be/UT3WVZhGe_8

edit: i should probably clarify that he isnt reviewing yandev memes as a whole, but rather he was reviewing 'baka mitai' memes and yandev happens to have one. still pretty funny though
When Pewdiepie winds up streaming a yandev deepfake to his channel.. Yep, really full circle indeed. It's a shame that he didn't seem to know or care it was Alex.

Alex doesn't seem to have complained about this yet, but I guess the main two reasons for this would be that A. the dev's hiding their identity, so there's nobody to manipulate in private, and B. They seem to suck up to Alex at every possible step, downright saying that "Yandere Simulator is OBJECTIVELY better than Sara's School Life, no matter what your opinion of both games are."

Punny names in Ace Attorney do get a little grating whenever the most obvious ones start to get used way too liberally. Spirit of Justice is probably the biggest offender
Regardless of your opinion on the Phoenix Wright pun names, the puns are how you would do puns in that language. The English puns are how you would do puns in English, the Japanese ones are how you would do puns in Japanese, etc.

Alex is trying to apply English pun logic to Japanese names, which is how you get the stupid names that don’t work. Without knowing what it means, “Osana Najimi” sounds like a normal name in Japanese, so the pun is lost. But in Japanese these are actual words and not used in names, so the pun is lost. Just bad writing all around.
