Restorative Justice is just feel good bullshit. First, I get to hear about how hard his fucking life was. How he was just turning his life around, How he needed to money to pay for his grandma gas to get to church. The second part? The person was already a goddamn loser in the first place and couldn't hold a job to afford the shit that they stole.

So why the fuck should I expect them to get a job and pay me back? Even if they do get a job, how much money is garnished from the pay check? $25? Perhaps $5 is the fucker is at the bottom of the progressive stack? Yeah, well my smashed window is worth about $300 to repair and replace. All my gaming stuff and TV? Lets just say $750.

Great...I have a loser that has difficult holding a job that owes about $1050. At the rate of $25 its just about two goddamned years. Perhaps the restorative counselor will try to make restitution by suggesting the lazy fucking criminal replace and repair the damage to my house and belongings.

But if a guy breaks into my house, he's getting a chestful of lead, and I'm billing his family for the ammo. If he lives, I still want the ammo reimbursed, but I also want jail time; I don't want him wandering free while promising to pay some kind of a fee.

And if the crime is rioters trespassing on my lawn, even if I don't have to spend any of my precious ammo, I am not doing any sort of "restorative" meeting that involves them explaining their stupid point of view. Obama choosing Kamala isn't exactly news for the establishment, they accidentally announced this 2 weeks ago. If they wanted to reign in their dogs, they would have done so already.

Not trying to argue, genuinely curious about the dynamic of "fuck police lady" vs. "black (D)". Sure the woke whatever crowd don't like her for not letting them do all the crimes, but they're a tiny fraction.

Utilizing low information voters is a double edged sword. Kamala's bad reputation among black people is widely know currently due to her attempts to appeal to it. A lot of young politically involved black people supported Bernie so they dug into her past to convince black people to vote for Bernie and not Kamala. She went on the Breakfast Club and lied about the release dates of Snoop and Tupac albums. You think that got exposed by any white journo's or interested parties? That was exposed by black people and highlighted for its hypocrisy due to her stint as a prosecutor.

Older black people may not care, might still vote for Biden, but they were voting for him anyway due to Obama. The younger people will now about it because she lied about something important to them in a very visible stage. They aren't going to vote for her. The poorer they are the more likely they are to know about this particular example tbh.
