Not the portions. The food.
I know you're broke, but if you can afford pepsi, you can afford a crock pot, and anyone can make a hearty, nutritious stew at little expense.
Pringles, pepsi, pasta, and juice is not the foundation of good health. If that's seriously how you eat, try eating real food for two weeks. It's no panacea, but you WILL feel happier, more energetic, and more optimistic than you do now.
