It was always going to end this way, and only in rare circumstances can people ride the IBS rocket off Planet Autism. B). Continue drinking to forget. Many alcoholics turn back at this point because after such public humiliation and so many burned bridges and best-laid-plans being revealed to be drunken buffoonery, you get the feeling that the only way out is through, just to keep drinking. It's a real life Mr. Lahey. Ralph is the liquor now.
You literally grab the bottle and pull the blankets over your head until the wound isn't so fresh and you can push it to the back of your mind.
But some drunks will run the numbers and say "wow every time I do this, I lash out at someone and ruin a relationship."
I don't think Ralph is capable of this, because his living circumstances are so deranged and filthy he probably can't imagine being another type of dude.

The sex tape thing, that was textbook alcoholic behavior. He probably thought that was smart and funny, because he's so wetbrained he cannot think ahead. As he wakes up hungover in the morning, he will experience a flood of both shame and panic until he takes a couple more drinks, and then he "corrects" himself and tries to figure a way out of it.

It wouldn't surprise me if he felt some pang of horror and shame the way he turned on Null early on, but again: the only way out is through, he's drinking cause it's him against the world and this catastrophe has probably ignited emotions in him that he long forgot. Negative energy is similar to positive energy when you're in such a depressive pathetic hole. He's in kamikaze mode right now - his previous co-hosts will attest to this - and he's been forgiven so many times he probably thinks he can still slither his way back. But eventually there's no bridges back, like right now.
