U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

No company really wants American IT people, why have them with their demands for a living wage when you can just import Pajeet for pennies on the dollars and will be forced to be a yes man, if pajeet says no you can fire him and he goes back to India. If you don't import you just outsource to India.
Look, I've seen that H1B work usually costs more in the long run than short term. Companies become boiler rooms and stuff gets shitty. This point outlines some major issues in our country due to stupid shit: cost of living is insanely high, we continually allow government to cater to corporate interest instead American ones and we aren't actively trying to fix it. All the tech used is almost always developed in the US. Its time to hand everything on a silver platter to places bankers tell our politicians to.

Oh, for fucks sake. (Archive)

He was the guy that stabbed that black Trump supporter back in July.
They're even chanting "Who do we protect? Niggers Black criminals!" Not even trying to hide it anymore.

Here's some more mugshots while I'm at it (Archive). How much do you want to bet that Daniel will be released like the others?

Not going to devolve this into another H1B discussion, but saying no company wants American IT workers is hyperbolic. Most of my social circle are IT workers and 95% of those are American whites. Yes, those visas are a serious problem and we need to get rid of them, but we also need to be realistic when we discuss the problems around these visas. Step one is being specific about the types of tech jobs that skew towards hiring H1B holders. IT is too big an umbrella term. Is that help desk and customer support? Is it software engineers? What about people in technical sales? Some of those titles are more likely to have H1B’s than the others. We cannot combat the issue if we cannot properly define it.

Define facism. It's when capitalists become authoritarian or that is how I understand it.
If that is a true definition thenit's already facist.

That's not facism. That's just a general economicly capitalist-authoritarian governmental system.

Fascism is an ultra-nationalistic totalitarian dictatorship that mandates civil violence against any and all dissent (a trait it shares with socialism/communism). There isn't a real economic component to it other than "not communist". From the actual fascist states we had, they were left of us economically (market system with private ownership but under effectively near government control since the government would just disappear business owners if they didn't do as told).

It's a collectivist ideology in that all citizens are expected to put the collective Nation first in every aspect of their lives. They live for and die for the nation first and foremost. Individual liberty isn't really a thing in a fascist nation, as the government can arbitrarily take away any and all allowances of freedom without anything other than the dictators word.

Wasn't there some faggot recently who spent his parents' life savings on e-girls? They managed to get almost every penny back (read: almost) and the kid was basically grounded for who knows how long.
I thought they weren't able to get the money back unless they pressed charges on the kid (legally the boy is a minor).

The defense is showing a proper concern for the welfare of the defendants not just in terms of the results of the trial, but their lives afterwards. They don't want a hidden trial where the media will inevitably spin it into some bullshit narrative of a racist jury and judge rigging it so white murderers get away with it.

They want it entirely public so the public can actually see why the not guilty verdict happened. At least that way some vestiges of the defendants' reputations will be left should they be acquitted, or even if someone (like Chauvin) is convicted of some lesser offense.
Which only goes more in to "The State's version of events" is extremely suspect stance. I was meant normally its a bad idea for the defense to have a trail be televised.

Which is the whole problem companies only see short term.

Yes IT is a big umbrella term, but I have seen help desks both consumer and b2b , I have seen software "engineers" (because we all know the ones stuck in off shore often have false credentials), I have seen even sales, and everything outside of maybe Break/Fix (then again, I can see it going to that too if the company just doesn't buy a new computer out right) be outsourced.

Hell years ago some fast food chains outsourced their drive thoughs (or tried to)

. @The Last Stand, you're still an

If that's the case, all we need is some White Terror to match the Red Terror.
There this guy name Michael John greer. He talks about how america is in decline and how hi tech society cannot last.

Due to interaction to a wide variety of people on both sides (especially on the right) those who are far smarter then me convinced me of my anti tech position and of my current ideas how to deal with this crap.

Just fill in the areas main stream society abandons and allows to crumble. Like gary Indiana or detroit. Also get good at living in pre industrial conditions cause that's where we are heading.

For us it's a waiting game. Even if the left wins they're going succumb to resource exhaustion and all other sorts of forces coming any ways. When that happens that when we come back and rebuild.

You end up with shitty uncommented pajeet spaghetti code written by a dozen guys who are all now back in Mumbai or wherever with no contact information and then when it stops working, you have to pay some American to fix it all up (or just redo it from scratch).

I don't like celebrity trials, but this is one of those cases where it is critical for the accused to have a public trial. There's a larger issue of the community being better served by transparency, too, but the individual right is enough here to make sure everything is out in the open.

Now I am curious about the caliber of companies you see moving roles like technical sales offshore? Not to PL too much, but I work for a very successful Silicon Valley company and our technical sales team cannot be offshored or taken over by H1Bs because it is the most valuable team in our company and we cannot afford letting partially qualified idiots in. The help desks, support, and engineers I agree with and see happening myself, depending on the company. Things like help desk and support end up offshore quickly in multinationals. Engineers run the gamut from being offshore (usually lower caliber companies or multinationals) to being H1Bs (most common in Silicon Valley companies of varying sizes and success).

I'll never forget when I had to reverse a very complex system with no doc, little comments and variables like "tickleTime", "a", and "b" going through transforms for medical equipment. Oh. My. God. And I've been in no company with architectural breakdowns by function. Its a total clusterfuck to get anywhere spending maybe hours stepping through a system and constantly writing out council output of variables to find out how and why they change. No bueno.

Even if the media is going to continue to pimp this moronic fiction of George Floyd being some poor innocent victim who dindu nuffin and had no responsibility for the situation he put himself in where he died, and the cops being unambiguous sadistic murderers who literally just decided "let's just go murder a black guy for no reason just because we're so evil, Heil Hitler."

Police boxed in protestors on 18th street between Florida and Willard and are making mass arrests.

Edit: Apparently, someone had a stroke and needed the ambulance. I added in a video of that person being loaded into one.

Edit2: There's a fuckton of cop cars. Added in another video showing it.

Despite everything that's happening in these shitholes, I just can't find it in me to believe that these people are going to learn anything.

Would Seattle or Portland ever really go red? These guys are already voting for Communists; we aren't dealing with geniuses here. The people watching the news are being told every night this shit is peaceful and justified; why would they stop believing it now after all these years?

Is anything really gonna change from all this?
