If you can somehow antagonize them until they either attack you or get in your face, you might have a case for physically compelling them to stop, but who knows if that would hold up in court now. In a lot of these cities, the court is just a court of public opinion and we all know they aren't going to feel very generous with someone that confronted their pet golems. Recording fucking everything whenever you have to cross Antifag territory might be a good idea, although they seem wholly unconvinced by actual footage judging from their reaction to the bodycam videos. Ultimately I suppose you could just beat the shit out of them and deal with the consequences, but you'll probably be in holding with some unsavory characters, like that psychotic drummer in the dress.
