Was there ever an explanation for that?
Chris is afraid of being a man?

I'm guessing that it's because "man" evokes the image of a stereotypical JERK to Chris - and Chris more or less sees all men as "brutish neanderthals." "Male" sound like a more universal term that can be applied to any species.

This keeps coming up in other threads, but I'm late so I'll mention it here.
Chris wants an open relationship because he thinks he'll be the one getting pussy on the side, not his heartsweet (unless she wants a 3some with another woman). In a conversation with either Jackie or Ivy, he wanted to be able to go to strip clubs and couldn't comprehend why she would also want that right in a relationship. He can't picture why a woman would want someone on the side if they have him.

Compared to the Slaton sisters, Chris is a freakin' bodybuilder. Compared to the rest of the world, he's still a fatty, though :alog:

Here's the link to the Kiwi thread on the Slaton sisters

:cryblood: How do you get a fat ridge on your forehead?

I think @Thetan once wrote that Chris was actually afraid he couldn't satisfy a woman sexually and thus wanted to offer a solution for that problem. Obviously, he wanted to enjoy the open end of a relationship as well and he might not have thought a girl would actually go for it (cause women are all sweet and caring), but it seems it was at least partially meant as a bargaining chip to make him more attractive. Now, the weird part is where this all blew up around him the moment 'Catie' went on a boat ride with Colin. It's no surprise he couldn't handle it... he wasn't even just envious of Colin but also afraid that Colin would take Catie away, thus he tried to one-up Colin in his E-mails...

Or something along those lines.

I noticed that Chris always uses the word "male(s)" instead of "man".

Was there ever an explanation for that?
Chris has weird word usage. Sometimes it is just because he is weird.

If I had to posit a theory, I would say this: "man" can be used like "mankind" to refer to all humans. Chris uses "males" to avoid any ambiguity about who he is hating on.

But in reality I think it is most likely random weirdness.
I put it to the Urban Dictionary test - it only gets mentioned at the 8th definition (behind Disqualify, Dairy Queen, Drama Queen, Dashboard Quit, and an underground rapper).
Meh. We knew what he meant. The drag queens he was addressing knew what he meant. I'll let it slide. Noone actually read that and said "why is Chris talking about an underground rapper?"

What does chris order when he eats at burger king?

I'm eating out tomorrow and want something authentic.

Well if you're trying to get in shape fast, go with a McDonald's salad with a large sweet tea.

On days where you're not going out for some fine dining, just get some processed cheesy foods out of the freezer and heat them up in the microwave. You'll wanna make sure your pets crap everywhere first and leave it there though so that every bite is a big F U to the reaper.

Is it me or does Chris seem to be leveling out while on the hormones? :\

I feel as though he doesn't understand that open relationships go both ways- that it's not just for one person.

He doesn't, but even so, Chris doesn't react to threats to his masculinity in the same way that normal men do. Primarily because he doesn't have a normal sense of masculinity.

So, "I'm fuckin ur bitch!" wouldn't trigger Chris in the same way that it would trigger a normal man.

I think part of his interest in open relationships is because it's a very common occurrence at Impulse of couples showing up to find something to bring home and share.

It's like how loveshies always use the word feeeeeemales to refer to women. The word "man" is too humanizing, so Chris uses "male", which is more clinical and associated with animals.

What's the "fanciest" restaurant CWC has ever been to? Olive Garden?

That one he once shilled on Facebook for absolutely no reason. I forget their name but he highly recommended it and named some specific dish you should get.

What I mean is that I think that Chris is, in addition to being ridiculous in real life, is trying to freak people out (DIRTY, CRAPPED BRIEFS; Tomgirl Saga; Wanting to write more Sonichu comics if Sonichu becomes DLC, Etc) He's at the same time joking, and a nervous wreck.
He has tried to mess with the trolls in the past - he's referenced the JULAAAAY and "Dig Up Patti" memes in videos before. But the closest he's ever come to actually freaking people out was "Rollin' and Trollin'," in which he pretended to be normal.
He knows the Tomgirl stuff weirds people out, but it's pretty clear that he doesn't understand that it's because it's creepy and disgusting. I think he believes we're weirded out because he's such a pretty lady and we're all getting sexually confused.
As for the comics, that I'm not so sure about. He knows we want more comics, but I don't think he gets (or allows himself to believe) that it's because they're unintentionally weird and funny. I think he genuinely believes he's a genius, and we only make fun out of jealousy.

I was just reading another thread and I had a thought. Ever since Chris appeared on the Internet in 2008, the Internet has become increasingly Autistic. Tumblr, gamer gate, political arguments, all these things really started to flare up on the Internet in 2008. Is Chris the viral form of Autism and when a member of a community sees a Chris video they begin to spread the Autism through the community?
Wait a second, didn't Chris claim the Internet was making people autistic? Little did we realise that it was actually a threat.

Is DQ a common abbreviation for drag queen, or is it something else Chris made up himself, like q-sand?
I think, in line with his early 90s view of pop culture, that he thinks abbreviations like that are a good way to sound cool.

I've noticed in cases where he's had a love rival (Colin, Liquid) he seems to view the woman in question more as a possession than a person. Like she's literally a trophy that he's got for thwarting his enemy.
