Take what you see on her channe with a grain of salt. The picture I showed of how Blaire looks without the makeup and special effects was not taken on her own channel where she isn't in control of the lighting and this is a running theme whenever she appears on other channels where she can't control the light. And even Andy Warski said she looked a lot manlier when he met her in person. Now granted Andy Warski is a nutcase, after seeing how she looks when she goes on other channels (that aren't Dave Rubin, he tried to show her in the best light and angles possible), she looks like a man (because she is one but I digress).
I wager that she always looked like a man even back in those days. In her old videos she filmed in a lower 480p resolution and drowned her face out with her desk lamp which made her look the way she did. But in this photo she did (which she promptly deleted lol)
And here when she first went on some internet talk show (I can't remember the name of it but it was back in late winter of 2016
That is when people saw that she overlines her lips (overlining lips = using lipstick and painting over and under your real lips to create the illusion of having bigger lips, it's a drag queen thing).
So yeah I wager that even back then, especially in the first picture I posted that she always looked like a man but just played around the lights, angling, and the way 480p didn't show everything because it's a crappy quality (It's decent for beginners). This is also what ShoeOnHead does where she films in a low quality for her videos but then when you see her in HD photos or camera, she looks a lot different as well (not saying she looks like a man like Blaire because she isn't one, just different).
