This is gonna be a little autistic and I'll happily take ratings for this, but I noticed several things in this picture that indicate far more money being wasted here besides the Surface computer and airpods.
First off, judging by the color scheme and HUD of the game on the tv, I'm pretty sure he's playing Dead Cells. For reference, here's a screenshot of the Switch version:

Take note in how this picture, the buttons on the HUD in the lower left are white, but in Lou's pic, it appears the second button is blue and the third is yellow, signifying an xbox controller, meaning he's either playing this on an xbox one or pc. This game is normally $25 at full price, though it's also possible he's subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass ($15/month), which currently Includes Dead Cells in the subscription. Either way, it's more wasted money.
EDIT:
@SIGSEGV pointed out that the game is also unpaused and the player seems to be spending an overly long amount of time in an early area, which means one of two things: Either Lou leaves games unpaused when he's not playing them for no real reason, or he's watching a streamer play the game (badly).
Second, take note of that big remote sitting next to the mousepad. It's an Xfinity X1 Remote with voice. For reference:

This is a remote that's only given with certain premium Comcast subscriptions, and you usually have to specifically ask for it AND pay extra to get one. So not only does Lou have a separate cable box in his room (that I'm sure his mom is paying for), he has one of the higher-end subscriptions. I have a friend in Pittsburgh who has this subscription, and it's about $90/month for getting cable and internet through Comcast.
Finally, look off to the very right of the photo, and you can see what appears to be the top of one of the newer Roku remotes. They just introduced a newer model near the beginning of 2020, and it's easily distinctive by the singular red button on top of the remote:

So why is this important?
Because this newer model with voice has to either be bought separately for $25, and as of now, it's only included with some of the newer and more expensive models of Rokus. Current Rokus vary in price from $40-$100 depending on the model, meaning Lou either spent extra money on a "want" he shouldn't have,
or he owns one of the higher-end models that came out this year.
UPDATE: It seems I made a mistake; Lou
later uploaded a photo that showed his Roku remote is NOT the newest model, it's an older version. But that being said, he still owns a Roku and he presumably subscribes to at least one video streaming service like Netflix or Hulu. Leaving this up for the sake of transparency.
EDIT: Just noticed there's an amiibo of Digby from Animal Crossing sitting in front of the tv.

Amiibo usually retail for $10-15 depending on the figure, though in Lou's defense, the Animal Crossing figures go on sale a lot because they bombed hard and nobody wanted them until New Horizons released this March, so it's possible he got this for as low as 5 bucks.
