Apparently, Joe started a cooking hobby while in quarantine. In spite of having nearly-nonexistent cooking skills, he has been posting extremely detailed "recipes" on Twitter as if he is Jacques Pepin. The dissonance between his pompous verbal descriptions of his cooking vs. the atrocious pictures of the food is narc energy in its purest form.
Recently, he created a "Calabrian onion pasta." He used enormous hunks of supermarket white onions, potatoes, and CINNAMON. He then used LIMEADE to "pickle" leaves of radicchio. He doused these pickled leaves in olive oil, wrapped them around sausages cooked by boiling them in stock, and perched the soggy purple result atop the bowls of cinnamon onion pasta.

This is as disgusting and demented as it sounds. But not only was Joe extremely proud of his chefly achievement, he posted a dozen photos and tweets instructing his followers on how to achieve this dainty dish themselves.

I thought this elegant plating of toast, boiled chicken, and boiled carrots was straight off the Chez Panisse website, but it's Joe's home cooking! And great news, he
posted 13 tweets and 26 images of detailed instructions on how you can make it yourself at home. Yum yum:
