he can't remember what he was talking about after a sentence or two, gets agitated easily, and has incontinence problems. He probably meets the criteria for dementia. Long term I think that means a medicaid type nursing home, maybe something more secure if he fights the pysch ward people. I hope tom hasn't had his gender legally changed so no old women have to put up with his perverted ass being housed with them.
