She makes a video about not making excuses but then she blames the "haters" for the fact that she didn't try to lose weight earlier. Great way to take accountability.
She knows how to say all the right things "couldn't separate my emotions from eating" but it's meaningless drivel because she never follows through in the long term. She lost a little bit of weight and yet she's talking as if she lost 150 lbs and she's well on the way to recovery. She isn't, she's going to do this for a few months and then she will relapse just like last time. First sign of things not going her way and she'll be back to drinking, overeating and smoking. I find it hard to believe she quit drinking when she seemed buzzed in recent videos.
I'd love to hear the other side of the story from the person(s) targeted by "she cares so much for people who never reciprocate it". Krista has to be one but it sounded like she was talking about multiple people.

Being generous lets say she weighed 400lbs at her highest and has now lost 20lbs to get down to a svelte 380. Congrats you lost 5% of your body weight and are still morbidly obese. You can tell the Mormon mommy bloggers put some notions in her head about becoming a "lifestyle influencer". What is her lifestyle, sitting alone in a 2K square foot apartment and drinking and buying fast fashion while eating her emotions? She has no friends! She has no life! It's not going to work.
The mormon moms, as batshit insane as they are, actually have cultivated a lifestyle some people (large brood, large house, large goals) find attractive, nobody finds a 35 year old morbidly obese shut in-an attractive aspirational lifestyle.

TL;DR Because she's super morbidly obese and aggressively ugly.
Many women of her type do this quite often and it's a "cope." She's likely trying to delude or convince herself more than the rest of us. She's a loud, braying jackass with no personality. She's very bizarrely shaped. Her hygiene is abysmal--and you can probably imagine just how bad she (and the personal spaces of her apartment) smell.
It's not uncommon to witness this same behavior with morbidly obese (somewhat) higher functioning SPEDS. They loudly and constantly complain that this man or that man is "after" them, they bring up inappropriate topics for discussion (like MANATEE), they display absolutely zero self-awareness regarding their own hygiene and choice of clothing (which often looks like Salvation Army colored tag day).
Deep down they know that they're about as undesireable as they come. But like a higher functioning SPED, Anna may still have feelings of horniness. Hell, she might be a bit hypersexual (studies have come out saying that those with lower IQ points tend to be this way).
She deeply wants a man, a boyfriend...anybody, but just like Russell Greer, she outright refuses to do any inward reflection and refuses to listen to reason and sound advice.
So you see and hear this instead.

Nah, I think it's more that they're afraid of being called homophobic or transphobic or racist (when hey specifically say WHITTE CIS MALES anyway).
They want to be seen as the uber-feminist and right-on, which means telling men to fuck off, but god forbid any sub-class of male with oppression points is included in the denunciation. Troon males, gay males, non-white males are therefore excluded from Anna's DM shoah.

I can’t believe Anna is only in her thirties, she looks like she’s in her fifties. Between the forehead wrinkles, open sores, dark eyelids, thin lips, and disappearing eyebrows, she looks old. I know deathfats age terribly, but Anna’s case is one of the worst that I’ve seen. She got unlucky with some of her facial features, but the fatness and terrible lifestyle choices have made her look even worse. I believe Kelly (Lividlipids) is around the same age and even she looks younger than Anna.

She's not aging gracefully. It's disturbing to realise that even though she's younger than I am, barring sudden catastrophe I'll almost certainly outlive her by a large margin. Nearly all of us will. It's an awful thing to look at someone and say, "I hope you've got funeral insurance."
