I've been seeing people making excuses for the joggers and spreading lies about the man on the twitter threads about the incident (though thankfully countless others have been debunking them and standing up for him). But one disturbing thing I've seen being repeated is that he deserved what happened to him for trying to run over protesters with his truck. Except one, he didn't try running them over, he was trying to escape from them. And two, even if he did attempt to hit them with his car, does that give joggers the right to kick his head in? Is this the police free society we're supposed to be aiming for? Where if some jogger feels like you've wronged him, he has the right to straight up murder you? Doesn't sound like there's any "justice" in that to me.
Libtards always talk about de-escalation and non-violent methods of restraining individuals and whatnot. Well the man was clearly not a threat to any of them, he was sitting defenseless on the ground, he did not have any weapons and they weren't letting him back in his car. People on twitter claimed the jogger "saved lives" by incapacitating him (believing the lies about him trying to run over protesters), but this was both completely unnecessary violence and the attempted murder of an innocent man.

If the Trucker dies, that might be the straw the breaks the camels back. There's too much footage out there of him being helpless to do anything; Not ONCE did he attempt to fight back, unlike Floyd who resisted, screamed and thrashed his way to his death.
What's worse is how he was on his knees; He couldn't do anything, he couldn't attempt to dodge because the attacker was behind him, and his ears were probably ringing from all the trauma on his head. If this guy is confirmed dead, brain dead or majorly disabled, it will destroy a LOT of the left's goodwill with the people still on the fence about the riots.
Rate me SUPER Optimistic about this, but maybe this will be the action that drives Trump to activate the Patriot Act? If enough folks scream about this, Donnie might do more than just Moniter The Situation TM.

Most people will never hear about it. It will be out of the local news within the month, and the only national news it will see is a segment or 2 on Fox, probably with Tucker. Portland will undercharge and undersentence if they do at all. There will be no justice, and nothing will be done about it.

God I hope so. I don't want to just see riots go away, though. I've been borderline radicalized by this shit, and I want everyone who started this shitshow to suffer consequences. I want every pr flakie to squirm as he has to answer why Baskin Robbins or Old Navy endorsed looting and rioting, and every college "Daddy's little tankie" to have to explain to interviewers why they felt throwing urine bottles and screaming profanities at cops was acceptable behavior for a 22-year-old.
And why not? It's no different than when they turned a drug overdose by a career criminal into the new golden statue which we all had to prostrate before, or else. They're the ones who changed the rules from two-hand touch to tackle; maybe they should get a few bruises.

Hmm. I wouldn't go that far. I guess what I don't get is how the greatest country in the world has got an electorate so filled with fucking retards,for the most part, at all levels of society, who have allowed the shot storm currently ensuing to fester, build and be brewing for so long.
I'm not advocating a return to slavery. But plenty of black people are calling for segregation to be a thing again.
Something needs to change in the USA but that won't be driven by politicians, the press or social media because people are terrified of speaking their minds. America is dead in the water, and it's heartbreaking but I honestly don't know what can be done about it. Because if anything could be done it would never have got to this stage in the first place.

Both are untrue, but the anti-BLM crowd already put effort into showing that all criminals aren't black, there are white criminals who get shot by cops too. ABAC plays into an existing, hurtful stereotype, which makes it stick more, especially at a time where we have videos such as the one that sparked this conversation. And ABAC lets you pretend the BLM crowd is saying it too, in the same way their chants sometimes sound like GEORGE BUSH.
