Alright so because I really REALLY wanna make sure this is correct, I went digging trough the papers posted. Three things confirm that while it's a wild gig, his name is indeed....Robert fucking Leatherwood. I'll just put this in short order best I can here:
So we got the subpoena here which originally put forth the aka down as Aaron Long. As it turned out that name was false, and while they could fake names and shit on Paypal, you can't fake information to an ISP, namely AT&T. This document shows a subpoena was granted to get AT&T to give the actual information out.
This here is the amended complaint, showing Robert Leatherwood's actual name at the time. Unrelated for a second but...
Considering the content in question naming it "Exhibit D" is kind of funny. I have a shit sense of humor.
In any case the docs here point out that yes, that's Robert Leatherwood. Yes that's the actual name. Unless somehow Robbie fucking lied about his name and got away with it, a feat I would be obligated to admire slightly, the information is accurate.
