They're being very unfair to Joe Biden. He may have introduced himself live on TV as "Joe Biden's Husband" but I think because he skipped ahead on the teleprompter script. He probably suffers from dyslexia and it's nothing to do with old age or dementia. Everything else he said was perfectly fine, if he had dementia he would have not been able to finish as clearly as he did.
