US Joe Biden News Megathread - The Other Biden Derangement Syndrome Thread (with a side order of Fauci Derangement Syndrome)

Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

...Did he just?

It's the second night of the convention and Joe Biden's already showing his unpreparedness. :story:
I think he was trying to say "Jill Biden" (I heard more "Jill" than "Joe" there), but the sort of accent Joe has made him pronounce the name "Jill" like "Joe".

Ah yes, because if there is one person I trust it is a former prostitute that admitted to robbing and drugging the men that used her for sexual purposes.
Good to know that after giving up a minute of my life trying listen to her irritating voice that she fulfills all of the stereotype of a black woman. Periodic reminder that no one should ever listen to a nigress.

It was a double edged sword too, since a large faction inside the party wouldn't accept "run someone else" as a solution even if they did allow a frank and fair analysis of what went wrong.

Because there can be no moving forward until we sufficiently punish everyone for NOT making the right choice in 2016. Even if they vote "right" in 2020, they still aren't off the hook as far as the Big Blue Machine is concerned.

I forget who said it, but whoever here said the problem with the modern DNC is a failure to "modernize" because it's been hung up since 2000 on the notion that the "correct" line of Dynastic Democrat succession was subverted by outside forces? First by Gore getting cheated, then by Trump outright stealing the throne? Well, they're right.

The modern DNC is pointlessly antagonistic in electioneering because they fundamentally don't forgive the little people for NOT following the plan, too many of their cronies didn't get those promotions, too many donors didn't get their favors, too many people headed to the pokey won't get a pardon.

We, the People, RUINED IT ALL for them, and we will be beaten until we learn not to do it again.

It was HER TURN and there can be no moving forward until that mistake is rectified. And they keep trying to force that clock to run backwards with candidates and promotional techniques are still 90's-era TV-rules-of-engagement, utterly unable to see that the issues and technology have changed so you can't win on an "Oprah-style" campaign of morning show appearances, strategic celebrity endorsement and self-promoting a dynamic pantsuit image anymore.

The one and only time that could have worked has come and gone.

I really have expressed it to the few friends I openly talk to now in regarding this campaign and all the lead up: the last four years have felt like a prolonged beating by an abused spouse - sometimes exhausting themselves out until the blows become weak and impotent - but always ready to raise a fist and blacken an eye at the simple refusal to sacrifice every last drop of our dignity and bow.

She's pretty half/half. Half Trinidadian/Half Dominican. She's more of the Carribean valley girl stereotype rather than the black woman. The two are different, the Carribean is more degenerate and accented while the black woman is more fierceful and demanding but both offer the same level of brash stupidity.

Video can only render so fast.

Joe Biden's campaign very much reminds me of a famous quote from "In the Mouth of Maddness"
A reality is just what we tell each other it is. Sane and insane could easily switch places...if the insane were to become the majority...You would find yourself locked in a padded cell...wondering what happened to the world.
This applies to all of the policies enacted or endorsed by the modern democratic party.

Apparently Tucker had Jimmy Dore on talking about how woketards and the neoliberals have embraced neoconservatism.

Also Bezos already endorsed who he wants for president.

Amazon has confirmed that it will be removing merchandise featuring an offensive meme that makes reference to vice presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris.

The meme, which refers to the 2020 Democratic presidential ticket as “Joe and the Hoe,” began to circulate online after Harris was announced as former Vice President Joe Biden’s running mate. Shirts featuring the phrase soon cropped up on Amazon, being peddled by third-party sellers.

On Tuesday, the online giant officially removed the merchandise.

"All sellers must follow our selling guidelines and those who do not will be subject to action including potential removal of their account," Amazon confirmed in a statement to Fox News. "The products in question have been removed."

Outrage over the items began bubbling up earlier this week on social media, with users urging each other to petition Amazon to remove the items, and in some cases, apologize to Harris. Others claimed they would no longer patronize the site.

By Wednesday morning, merchandise featuring the phrase no longer appeared to be available on Amazon.

Meanwhile, the offensive “Joe and the Hoe” meme has already caused controversy elsewhere in recent days. Bill Baptist, a photographer working as an independent contractor for the NBA, was fired from his position after posting the meme to his Facebook account last week. He later issued an apology, saying he “copied it” from elsewhere on Facebook and that the meme didn’t “reflect his personal views at all.”

“I should not have been so insensitive to post the statements by others,” he added. “I sincerely apologize to all of those who have rightfully been offended and I have taken the post down from my FB page. It was a horrible mistake on my part."

YouTube really flipped the likes and dislikes after 24 hours.

Sounds like she's going to be Obama 2.0 where you can't joke about or criticize her because that's whatever -ist they feel like using.

We'll see how that plays out. Obama was not someone people had really heard of before he started rising. Kamala's already been btfo'd once. Obama had a lot of natural charisma. Kamala... not so much.

Also the glamour of "FIRST POC WAHMEN VEEP!" is passe' after we already had a black President.
