At this point if Dax makes a big enough stink I wouldn't be suprised if patreon starts to squirm, with all the blows patreon has taken lately the last thing they want is to have one of the larger patrons go full blown pedo defence force. If this continues patreon might just pull him down for PR reasons.

She killed her cat for Dax because Dax made her Kill it since he hates that Greg Sestero (her ex) from the room gave it too her.
She's just as much of a piece of shit and when her school sits her down because parents complain they heard her boyfriend is an outspoken pedo defender who doesn't give a shit about other kids being harmed, she will deserve it. I have no sympathy for her.

I get that he has an online/comic persona and that he may be using that as deflection, but he needs to make it much more obvious lest he blur the lines between Dick and Dax - I'm not sure he realizes this, and it could, as everyone and their fang-bearing dog has been saying, lead to very damaging consequences.
You can only be so much of a provocateur, and taking the Andy Kaufman route with pedos for company will not work out as well as he may be planning.
