I can do it better is a powerful motivator, especially when you are (or believe yourself) to be right.

Also, some of these fuckers went from 'I got a job/school' to not even giving a shit because they don't have to go to class or work any more, so we're going to see a spike in fangames while this shit is going on.

If he’s capable of making a better game what’s the point of holding himself back? Does he feel bad for Cum Chalice man and not want to take the spotlight away from him because he knows he can do better or is he just being humble?

Excuse me? Pay based on lines? What about script changes that are recorded or re-recorded? Is this pay on the final product or does it also include pay for work done prior on the project. Do you still get paid for any voice line work after you quit since that seems to be the popular thing to do?

Edit: One last question I forgot about. Do I get an extra pay raise for being accused of sexually harassing other female members of the team, but still secretly stay there because the project leader is my friend?

I like how they are going for the very last thing they need; fucking voice actors. What about programmers, modellers? WRITERS? Oh. Who is going to write dialogues for all these voice actors, what the hell are they supposed to record? After two months of clusterfuck, he still learnt big fucking nothing.

Also, isn't it fucking pathetic when you can't find voice actors for your project? Newbie VAs are throwing themselves just to get some screen time and recognition. For free. That payment section. You want to make game free to play. But you will "maybe" pay actors from fucking Patreon if if if things will work out. This is ridiculous and pitiable. No adult without serious self-esteem issues would agree to this.

But of course, some VAs and managers like Xaid or Outset have way too much influence on a project. A fucking VA or discord jannie influencing a project, get a load of this bullshit. So they want to be payed, obviously. So they sit on a ship and hope this Patreon thingy will work out. This is a definition of a company lead by bunch of useless yesmen with too much ambition.

Ironic how much of the drama stemmed from the VA team. Judging from Wardens statement, the fact that they’re making these casting calls, and word from the street, I think they outright nuked the VA team and kept the lead for the player character(Calixta). And Calixta was a friend of Xaids.:story:
This project started off having actors playing management, which makes sense when they had fucking nothing to do.

I’m entirely unsurprised at the amount of drama voice actors caused. Acting is their profession (or wanted profession.) Actors and actresses thrive on backstabbing petty stupid drama. In fact, Drama is the name of their profession. They just get to hide behind microphones while slinging shade at each other trying to one up for parts.
I’m well versed in the drama field, unfortunately. Most people are okay. But, let’s be honest here. Look at the people this concept has attracted so far. They were never going to get the cream of the crop

To think that they’d immediately hand the project off to the team with the most people and least amount of work done. With someone like Xaid based on his conduct I’m absolutely convinced that he gained his power from having seduced Apeis. Dude was a perverted lech and Apeis acted pretty receptive towards it.

So, I'm still confused on something - how was Epic Meal Dev connected to Love Letter? Drapeis worked on WNM as a volunteer, or was EMD part of Love Letter at one point?
