I am getting the feeling that these corporate trainings are going to start mandating SCIF procedures and might even wand you as you enter.

How inconvenient. If only there were innocuous-looking voice-activated recorders that can hide out on your keychain or as a zipper pull. Or the classic recorder in a pen, which might now be cheap enough for anyone to afford. (Thanks, China!)

Meanwhile, in NYC:

Link includes video; I'll learn how to embed it but it's too early in the day to break KF.

EDIT: And yes, the PBA head in New York really is named "Lynch," which has the children screeching.
That one is probably well earned to be honest, Lynch is a nutbag.

He went the bat for this office who slammed tennis star James Blake without warning in a case of mistaken identity.

Needless torture of animals is the most subhuman act I can think of short of child abuse. Yes, I do have more sympathy for the animals than the blacks who get shot. The animals don't have a choice. The blacks do, a majority of the time. If you aren't willing to give sympathy to creatures that are below you and can't do the same things as you, why the fuck should I have sympathy for you? You're more of an animal than they are, you fucking brute.
When I saw that big fat raccoon my instinct was to rescue it and rub its big fat belly, of course I'm a decent person when it comes to wildlife.

Remember this fine upstanding gentleman from the Chicago looting spree? Well, obviously the cops caught this idiot. And now...

"I'm not a looter," Neal said in response. "I normally don't loot. That's not what I do. I'm a working man."

During the interview, Neal also apologized for his alleged actions and how he understood the pain business owners felt as a result of the widespread looting in the city.

"I'm sorry," Neal said. "I'm very remorseful, because if I was a business owner myself, I would understand where they are coming from, and their pain. Because one day I might be able to be a business owner and I wouldn't want it to happen to my business."

Sure you are, buddy. Sure you are.

Prior to his arrest, authorities released footage of the alleged incident. While speaking at a press conference, Chicago Police Deputy Chief of Detectives Brendan Deenihan said that within an hour-and-a-half after releasing the video, authorities began to receive tips from people across the community.

"This is how it's supposed to work," Deenihan said during the press conference. "On Wednesday, I stood in front of you and showed a video, then less than 90 minutes later we started receiving tips on who this offender was."

Only took 90 minutes for his homies to snitch on him. Nobody likes his dumb ass.

Interesting find about Trump supposedly wanting to visit the George Floyd autonomous zone when he was in town this week. Trump Administration employee says they never heard from Governor Walz.

Lisa Bender held a call with an MPD inspector about the massive increase in violent crime in Uptown, including what appears to be a stranger shooting near Lake Calhoun (Bde Maka Ska if you’re a cuck) where someone walked up to a car, talked to the two passengers, and then shot them on some Zodiac shit. Local news did not cover this shooting at all. Anyone who spoke against Bender was muted. Reminder that the city council recently seized control of public communications about crime from MPD.

Residents in North Minneapolis, where most shootings take place, are fed up and suing the city over its handling of the crime increase. You love to see it.

This guy is the manager of a financial advisor‘s office in Chicago. Posting to laugh at the cognitive dissonance of supporting riots and communism while working for the evil capitalist overlords.

Problem is, if your decency extends to rubbing the bellies of Brooklyn street raccoons, you're a decent person with lots of scars and some interesting infections.

After talking to a couple more people today I am convinced that whatever is in the atmosphere making some of America's citizens become screeching raging things is also making a percentage of people severly depressed. Even some old fat guys that couldn't fight if they had to are being bitchy as hell on the facebook, but other usually cheerful types are folding into gray sadness with no quantifiable reason. It's interesting to see and I have questions.

Meh, racoon had a bad day but animals die horribly all the time in the wild. Dogs/rats in labs have much worse from what I know but we need that for Progress or something.

Who in their adult years goes around pounding animals to death? That's kid stuff like glassing ants. Imagine a wolf chasing a fly through the forest to kill it for fun, it makes the wolf look like an idiot.

Needless animal cruelty has a purpose: it gives you valuable info on person perpetrating it. The same's for blame shifting or petty lies or requiring things you never do yourself from others or calling people who pay dues in time suckers or getting violent over words or gaslighting etc. you can make yourself feel better by knowing you dodged a bullet there.

I'm sad and grasping at straws here to make something good out of that video.

Only because the rabbit is a cop. Beastars does the concept better either way

The only thing Beastars does better is advance the cause of core fetishists by exploring the question, "do I fuck it or eat it?" Oh, it also has a lot more barely subtextual homoeroticism.

It's real fuckin gay.

I'm curious, does the governor of Oregon expect to get Federal money for the destruction of property, like the retarded Minnesota governor?

I mean at some point these protests will end and the lawsuits will fly.
Let me tell you the answer that you already know. "Yes"

Not related to the quote but I'm convinced that the democrats told their state leaders to back down and let this play out in the hopes that Trump would crack down bigly (big league?) on the hooligans but he probably figured that out or was informed and let them reap what they sow.
I am very hopeful they reap the whirlwind because of what they've allowed and encouraged.
