The story goes that Andy got back from Miami and Nora came to visit. Andy and Nora were sitting out in the living room while Ralph was passed out drunk in the bedroom. Ralph woke up from passing out and they weren't in the house because they went outside to smoke together. When they got inside Ralph was supposedly insanely jealous of Andy spending time with Nora a lot. Ralph told Nora to get in the bedroom with him or she can get out.

I do wonder if Andy maybe was flirting with her a bit? Because Andy is a horndog and seems to have little inhibitions with women. If Ralph acted that way, there had to be a little something that triggered that thought of Nora and Andy trying to fuck. I know Ralph is a complete fucking mess when he drinks, but I can't really see him acting out like that without some sort of trigger.
