The Uzaki thing, as annoying as people may find the female lead, still doesn't make sense considering the backlash it received.

The show is milquetoast twitter humor. She plays pokemon go, gets stuck in a bush trying to catch a cat, gets drunk and vomits. One scene is literally just the author's political rant about how mint chocolate is actually good. The only thing that this show stands out in is that the male lead is slightly more athletic and taller than usual.

The worst "fanservice" it gets is I guess a bunny suit? And her mom. There's worse things out there. Why pick this "millenial humor" series?
