Actually that reminds me of a funny story my father once told me. During what I believe was his medical residency a woman was brought in who had decided to use a shotgun as a dildo. Well as you can imagine it went off and destroyed a bunch of the lower organs, but they were able to save her. Quite frankly I was surprised she didn't just die from the blast.
