For fucks sake, the default color for CGI programs is gray with black lines. that turn white or green when selected Pure black is annoying to work with because the lines and contours of the geometry are the same shade as the surface color and it ensures any and all shadows don't show up in the viewport which makes lighting an issue.

They give you options to change it so you can make it be whatever. But neutral colors work best when your first sculpting the image.

If they are so upset about this, then those complaining should change it. I’m sure a woke tech sperg could make CG models with curlier hair, different nose shapes, and different cheekbone structures. This is one thing that gets me about SJWs, they complain and do nothing to change it (or when they do, they blame any bad reception on trolls, racists, misogynists, etc). They don’t take responsibility and just expect everyone to cater to their demands. I’d find SJWs less insufferable if they at least proposed realistic solutions instead of endless complaints.

The hilarious fact is that it was environmentalist whackjobs that caused the fires. If they had allowed timber companies and conservation-minded groups to turn California's scraggly, second-growth forests into well-managed and commercially accessible national forests (like Washington has) there would be no fires because undergrowth and dead wood would be routinely cleared by people with a vested interest in maintaining the long-term health of the forest.

Environmentalist groups really shouldn’t be trusted with large scale planning. The fact that the fires seem to happen yearly should be concerning. There comes a point where human intervention is actually a good thing because it protects others (such as clearing dead wood regularly). Other states seem to keep forest fires at bay, but California still hasn’t learned. Even a drier state like Arizona doesn’t get forest fires as bad as California.

They operate from the false assumption that mankind is not a part of the environment and must be kept out of it. In reality, until very recently, California's forests were lived in by many people. Natives and settlers alike got wood and cleared undergrowth, preventing fires. The forests that exist were cultivated under human care, and without it they're unstable.

TDS and TES are both sides of the same coin and feed into each other. I’ll admit that in 2016, the unwavering TDS from the media made it hard for me to look at Trump more objectively (since I don’t like seeing people get berated by the media under baseless accusations). The media TDS frenzy then fed into the bit of TES that I had due to the media being hypercritical of Trump over everything he did. Over time, I learned to find a balance. For instance, I realized that disagreeing with Trump on some issues (such as his response to the riots at the start of them) didn’t mean I had TDS, and that my support of Trump was not less than before. It’s healthy to disagree with people, but sadly, today’s political climate is making it increasingly difficult to actually hold disagreements without it turning into big sperg fights. TES wouldn’t exist without TDS, and extreme TDS makes TES in some people worse (which is why you see some people treating Trump like a literal god emperor). Honestly, if the media were more honest and people stopped basing their identities entirely on their politics, TDS and TES would be easier to avoid.
