There's other specific craziness too, but yeah, he copy pastes correspondence from elsewhere here and when he "tweaks" his meaningless dribbles. He used to have a lot more energy and used to curse people willy nilly and make big impressive predictions he'd get totally wrong, but over time he's gotten less energetic. I think it's a mix of his age catching up to him and his repeated failures here weighing on him.
