Nah. Jim isn't actively hostile to his pay pigs (except for his weird ego kick of "too many asked me to do it so I won't do it" mentality) and isn't shockingly self-destructive. He's stringing his e-fans along, sure, and he's clearly purposefully avoiding certain subjects for reasons, but to be a Spoony you need real Narcissism, animosity and self-destructive behavior, not just intense laziness and seeming two-facedness (a trait universal to e-celebs).
To be fair, anyone expecting more from Jimothy either hasn't been around from the IA days where he once recorded himself having a small panic attack while chuckling over the flak he knew he'd be getting, either for not uploading a new vid sooner or for making a piss poor vid.
Then his first and only Patreon user-suggested video series was somehow such a burden to him that he repeatedly mentioned it was hard, too restrictive (ie he had to practice concentration instead of just chasing imageboard threads for video ideas like a dog chasing cars) and he never wanted to do anything like it again.
The guy is as averse to the simplest video scheduling and mass criticism as an extreme claustrophobe is averse to looking at a cardboard box.
However, this and his other foibles don't make him a Spoony.
An e-celeb needs to become mad at the internet on such a molecular level that he's irrecognizable, and entirely by his own hands.
