This isn't exactly fair either, an infection is a disease state that can get better or worse. You can't cure or spread whatever is wrong with a stink ditch. It looks very unpleasant, and it left me with the impression that what these troons are trying to refer to as a "positive" thing may actually be the outer layer of the skin breaking down, sloughing off, and plasma/interstitial fluid oozing through the exposed underlying layer, pooling up, and leaking out.

I wish I could add "horrifying" reactions to my own posts now.

In all surgeries even life saving ones one of the biggest responsibilities of any doctors is to give realistic pictures of dangers and results. Without this patients are not only more likely regret the surgery but are less likely not take care of themselves right before or afterwards. They can't just let it go becouse the patient doesn't like the information because this can literally be matter of life and death. Dr Phil used to do evaluations if the potential patient was for plastic surgeries before his tv show.

I'm not opposed to surgeries on well-informed people who know what they're getting into. People own their bodies, this stuff is personal choice if adults want to do it. But you can't pretend you've given informed consent if you're not aware of the issues you're getting into. Even getting your tonsils out or a lip filler, have risks. Here we're talking about surgeries that remove and deform major organ systems.

It's probably just aging. Humans change as they grow. Your skin especially. It's the reason I always say the young ones are gonna be in for a rude awakening because youthful bodies and skin don't last forever. We're all in a constant state of slow breakdown, troons are likely intensifying that process through all the medical bullshit they're on. It's all well and good playing pretend when you're still young but speaking from experience your desire to 'preform' a certain way or look at certain way decreases as you age. So there's probably a element of him just being tired or having to do so much work to look even slightly passable.

These are uncharted waters we're in here too so we won't actually know how long term hormone use affects people. Troons aren't getting a natural ebb and flow, they're constantly getting a high dosage to maintain at a specific level. Taking Estrogen like that probably isn't helping and I wouldn't be surprised if the body is possibly converting the high levels of Estrogen into some form of testosterone because the very genetic code of his cells know they're male.
