The reason I believe it (the pegging part specifically) is because Dax has not denied or defended the claim, and will just quietly block anyone who mentions it. Usually, when someone makes an unflattering claim about him, he will loudly hem and haw about it for days, and make several tepid attempts at comedy on the subject. But when it's something true that he doesn't want people to know, the pattern is to ignore it/not address it, and then when that doesn't work, block people, and when that doesn't work, eventually he will sperg. The same thing happened with Asterios, it happened with the JLH threesome and simp texts, and it happened with Marie's Cam Girl history. As far as I'm concerned we are seeing the same pattern with the pegging, the juju cow, and the burning man claims.
