Nobody will know how cool you are if you name your kid Jessica or Michael.
My family always wins in the rate-my-kids-names contests, little Bashar, Yasser and Nasim always making daddy proud

I know alimony isn't always a straight shot to negotiate but if MapleWife gives ANY shit about her daughter she should try to cut a deal with Lowtax for very low alimony in exchange for full custody. She probably won't because that would mean getting a job herself and I'm sure she had visions of sitting on her ass while Lowtax funded her Real Housewives lifestyle but that ship has sailed, she isn't going to get that anyways.
As I and others here said, the g.a.l. was almost certainly fully aware of claims of substance and alcohol abuse by Richard already. You don't even get such a person appointed by the court unless the court has found that neither parent is capable of representing the child's interests adequately. So she was already watching him and just needed some actual evidence to move on. Richard seems to be the kind of person he used to mock, blissfully unaware that other people are capable of watching his online activities and dumb enough to give evidence against himself like getting drunk on stream while supposedly having custody.
What do you want to bet he had already vociferously denied to the court that he'd ever do such a thing?
Custody isn’t just about money or vindication for lowtax, he also needs a prop for his online persona. The zany dad with the kid who does the wacky things. Soon to be ex wife will interfere by surrounding her with more wholesome, age-appropriate stuff if she has too much custody, like the first ex-wife.
If there still is a vice article in the works they are likely waiting for the site to be sold. ”Webmaster of popular web1.0 site forced to sell after allegations of abuse” is probably the hook they’re going for rather than losing donations to his semi-related patreon.Or is his dumb Vice article going up on October 1st, whenever that happens it'll be hilarious but I'm leaning towards Vice decided not to run it.
There is still no proof Lowtax was/is a domestic abuser. I won’t run with it and you shouldn’t either until there is substantiation to his series of insane exes’ accusations.

Lest you think I’m trying to white-knight him, I absolutely support the ad litem restraining order...Rich is a shitty dad who can’t care for his kids, and I’ll label him as that because I’ve seen evidence of it many times.
LowtaxianHonest question: how would you classify the behavior of someone who actively avoids filing the very simple immigration paper work for their spouse and mother of their child?
The allegations of abuse, whether true or not, did lead to him losing most of his public income and control over his website. I agree that focusing on it allows him to constantly claim he has never been convicted of it. But there is much more hard evidence of him just being a shitty person. Basically every time he opens his mouth. There is still no proof Lowtax was/is a domestic abuser. Being that this is one of the easiest ways to control a non-citizen partner, and reminder that someone has a relative in the legal profession.
Except for, you know, the police reports and accusations of multiple women.
If you mean he hasn’t been caught on video hitting someone, I guess.
I'm giving him (him being @Terrorist not @Lowtax) the benefit of the doubt.
In isolation, yes, someone with a habit of sticking it in the crazy being accused by all his ex-fuckbuddies of being an abuser isn't a slam dunk case since accusing your ex of abuse is a common BPD break-up step.
However, this isn't just in isolation. Lowtax shows a pattern of manipulative and controlling behavior. He seeks out women he can control, and then leaves a relationship when they start having problems with being controlled.
Again, I find Logan the least reliable of all Lowtax's accusers, especially since she knows about internet culture, is aware of KWF and there is enough information in this thread I could get a pedicure and make a surface-credible domestic abuse allegation against Lowtax's sweaty feet. So while I take the fact her experiences match our expectations with a grain of salt, there is a very serious, very clear pattern of behavior that you can see with his partners and his responses.
tl;dr you don't need to beat your wife like you're Uwe Boll in a boxing ring to be abusive. Lowtax is clearly an abusive partner who seeks out partners he can abuse.
I find the BPD whore’s story to be credible. She fled the McMansion and posted her story and quickly deleted it on Facebook. The circumstances surrounding it may be open to interpretation but I get the feeling Richard gave her a pretty good backhand and it scared her enough to get out and stay in a motel.
It doesn’t feel like a story made up on the spot and was shifting between getting attention for it and salvaging her relationship with her paypig. But she should’ve known once you’ve fled the McMansion of Domestic Violence, you’re as dead to Richard as his children are.
