Melinda attempted to serve Null in her latest federal lolsuit and it seems like a rather half-assed attempt at that. The process server checked the option that he served Null in person when in reality he dropped it off at the virtual mailbox Null keeps, maybe. He didn't even bother to name the employee he gave it to. It may have been a homeless person living in the lobby for all we know.

This is how Melinda thinks her lawsuit is going to go.

The court orders Null to give over our IP info. This will never happen.
Null complies. This will never happen.
Melinda uses the IP info to subpoena ISPs for info on Kiwi Farms users, including real names and addresses. This will never happen.
Melinda ties Kiwi Farms users to Wise County CPS. This will absolutely never happen.

After this point it's even more hazy as to what Melinda thinks will happen.
She thinks she will be able to subpoena the defendants' medical records, so she can prove that we're mentally ill drug addicts. This is a fantasy.
She thinks that she will be able to get an injunction slapped on Wise County CPS so they can never again investigate her for child abuse and child neglect. Another pure fantasy. Melinda has the intensely stupid and wrong belief that double jeopardy prevents law enforcement and other government agencies from ever investigating someone for the same kind of crime twice. I had to ask her to explain this to me, because it's so incredibly dumb. She seriously has claimed that, if she is investigated for child neglect, and no charges are filed, she can never be investigated for child neglect ever again. This is one of the most ridiculous interpretations of double jeopardy that I've ever come across.

What will really happen:
Melinda will eventually successfully serve Null. Null will laugh.
The Court will throw out the suit over failure to state a claim. We will all laugh.
Melinda will continue being investigated for child abuse, and child neglect.
Melinda will learn nothing.
Marshall will eventually leave her for good.
Melinda's children will continue to live a poor and unstable existence.
There will be more domestic violence.
None of Melinda's children will go on to higher education.

Also, Rekieta (the guy's name isn't hard to spell you know) has a point, you should try and sue Null in a different State, you'd probably have better luck.
