Oh, right. It's just this PoorlyDrawnLines comic with worse art, an essay's worth of text, and zero applicability outside of one specific instance.
Edit: It's also straight up incorrect, all the officers involved with George Floyd's arrest were fired the same day then arrested and charged with murder 3 days later.

There's no comparison between the cold blooded murder of a completely innocent child by an adult and a career violent criminal who died fighting with cops, when it isn't even clear that they were the cause of his death.
