Ralph's house is owned by a Russian and it's shady. This may have been posted before, but I don't remember seeing it.

Ralph's house was bought by Baim Properties 3, LLC. If you look up Baim Properties in the Virginia business database, you get 6 results, Baim Properties 1-5 and 7. Oddly, no 6. Then again, more oddly is that there are several anyway. Anyway, all are registered to a Aleksandr Mirzakandov.

I searched for that guy and found a page that lists more LLC's he has.

I'm going to assume this is some tax evasion thing. Create a bunch of LLC's to keep the worth/profits of each down in a lower tax bracket or something?

You're a hero man. Do you use a computer or phone for these amazing edits.

Computer. I would rather choose death than try to do this on a phone.

Here's one for the star craft fans.

Ethan if you are reading this, thank you for inspiring me enough to bother to learn how this shitty outdated software works.

No, it's completely standard procedure to have one LLC per property. If you group all properties together as a single business, liabilities arising from one problem property could wipe out the whole portfolio. Done this way, the worst case loss from a single property is the value of that property.

I don't remember who requested the Shooting Star video but here it is.
I'll make a censored version a little later.

Ear juice done a great documentary on him last year.

And here's the video of him crying.

I imagine Aleksandr is like Vlad from GTA IV and had tormented Ralph over payments to the house in the past.
