That's still too many. What we're talking about is sending men with guns to force people to send their children to public school, or to take their children, or to take their children and put them in jail. Too many people would violently resist. Even if it were only 5% of those parents that's still probably at least 50,000 people. The government does not want that many people turning the dial to for real molon labe in a short period of time. Messing with their kids is a very reliable way to do make people lose it. All homeschooling parents who resisted in any way would get a lot of support too. Maybe in 100 years or something most people won't consider that an intolerable intrusion. Cops ripping lots of children from their parents over homeschooling? Shit going down again and again and again when they tried? That would start a real big shitstorm and will for a long time still.

Today I watched cartoons and old movies, drank a lot more than usual, surfed the ENTIRE internet, and did the bare minimum of things to keep my place running. After watching a couple of right wing gatherings that Unicorn Riot posts, these seem entirely different, bringing large shields and looking like 20 somethings, instead of the overweight boomers and bikies I often see in casual wear just standing around. They seem like Antifa but just in non black attire with white shields with patriot written on their shields instead of black shields with BLM or ACAB. Usually the boomers I see are never using full head coverings, just a small mask or bandanna at most. I've never seen any wear a backpack. Some even wear shorts with flip flops. I have trouble believing they are the right wingers they claim to be.

The same way I did. The proud boys announced the event weeks before it went off and people showed up at that stupid waterfront park like they always did for the last two years. Then as soon as a good group of people had gathered the proud boys marched us all across the bridge and split. The cops shut the bridge down and we had to walk all the way down to another bridge to the south and then back up again. It was the lamest shit ever.
