The amount of testosterone they take is far above polycystic ovary levels, and even PCOS low level testosterone is associated with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. They'll probably pass better than the MTFs, but at the cost of their health. Plus there will be about 3x as many of them out in the world vs mtfs.

This is something the "scientists" pushing Childhood transitioning helpfully leave out. All those stories about MtF transgenders having good sensation and sex lives are from fully grown adults who transitioned, in their 20s. Your brain finishes developing all the necessary structures for having sexual desires, the doctor has enough material to "work with", and so on. Doing a transition as a child prevents all of these things from developing. I bet big money alot of them will have significant bone diseases later in life as well, just to add insult to injury.
