Ideally, it should be shooting them. After these riots, though? There's no good solution. Either the police let a violent criminal hurt people, either mongoloids start rioting over police brutality. All Americans can do is stay far, far, far away from the ghetto if they can because there's no guarantee the cops will defend you if the criminal is black.

As optimisticas it is this would ever pass, the bigger question is how many of the people living in these cities are based enough to file a suit and risk making their identities known in areas where protestors, their supporters, and NLG mouthpieces all have no qualms using social media to either dox them or organize targeted harassment against them (or both).
Edit to add: On tonight's news, it was reported there were 42 arrests made in the overnight protests in Detroit. Half the people were reportedly from outside the city. Even the WDIV reporter who was on scene during the protest admitted that the police gave multiple commands to leave before they started making the arrests.

Because it is an ideology thing. Or at the very least a political party thing. The Democrats are the party of the odds-and-sods minority groups. Blacks are one. Jews another. Troons another. None of them control it. The party controls them as it is an amalgamation of various interest groups united (mostly) to get power in government so that they can hand out favors to the leaders of the groups.
