Someone I know who has a good, based pulse on SJW stuff has confirmed the same thing.

Fortunately, Detroit's police and local activists have largely been on the same page ever since George Floyd first died. They all get that people are upset enough to protest and make their feelings known, but they've also made it clear that none of them believe violence is an answer and they've been just as quick to make it emphatically clear that outside agitators aren't welcome.
I believe this is the main reason why Detroit has had fewer protest issues than other cities (for now, anyways). One hopes these arrests reinforce that stance.

And think about Blueleaks, and the Intel hack, and all the other weird dumps that have been happening throughout all this. Would be totally in-line with a hacker-anarchist collective that decided it's sick of Trump and is going all out to destroy the law enforcement apparatus of the US.

Dunno if you've been following the Shadowgate stuff, but another interesting angle to consider. What if they have access to this treasure trove of data on US politicians and are using it to keep them in line on the riots? Would not be too hard to figure out which ones would be the easiest to compromise.

If anything the hackers should have more info than us and had received it from the source. They should know better after the media trashed Trump over Icecream and Hamburgers, then the FBI raided his lawyers office. Then they finally get those secret documents they thought the illuminati were concealing about Trump, and it turns out Trump is probably one of the most above board CEO's in America. How can you be brainwashed by anarchy/marxism, and actively find information that counters your own worldview and continue to function? It's just fucking bizzare.

Yes, I homeschool my children to indoctrinate them in my own brand of American Protestant propaganda, with particular emphasis on the following points:

* Jesus Christ is the real son of God who died for your sins
* Self-sacrifice, compassion, humility, and thrift are all virtues
* Respect Old Glory and the Republic for which it stands
* Social mobility still exists in America, it juat costs more than most are willing to pay
