I don’t know why, maybe all the muscle turns to fat or something but it seems common to see former super ripped people get fat. With gyms being mostly closed, I’m sure she can’t keep lifting like she did.

Its not that muscle turns to fat, its that the definition goes and all the body fat starts to spread out.

Lol muscle can’t turn to fat any more than plastic can turn into gold. Powerlifters get fat because, one, they were fat in the first place but the muscle underneath gave their body a more athletic physique. As they lose muscle mass, the fat becomes more and more prominent. Two, powerlifting teaches shitty eating habits. When you’re lifting heavy ass weights multiple times a week, you can get away with a lot of dietary sins. Once you stop training, it’s hard to get rid of your bad habits. And three, powerlifting is focused entirely on strength. Most powerlifters don’t run or swim or even walk much.

Basically, the only difference between a powerlifter and a regular fatty is the weight training. Once that stops, you get a regular fatty.

Her sister, Nat, seems to be a good advocate for health. Doesn’t seem overly neurotic and addicted to social media. Seemingly has a healthy relationship with a guy. And I can only assume that as a couple they are self sufficient because (as far as I can tell they don’t live with the mother) I will admit she does seem like she has autism or something but who cares. Just like how she didn't give an honest fuck about Terryberry's suicide when she used it to criticize the Farms, she doesn't give a fuck about children, motherhood, or parenting in general whenever she accuses one of her haydurrrs of being a bad mom. It's just her go-to thing to fling at someone because she assumes it to be any mother's Achilles' heel.

This might even be effective sometimes, but it always makes the person employing this strategy look like an absolute piece of shit as well.

It wouldn't surprise me if she threw the 'you're a bad mum...' at her own mother during her younger years and it always hit the mark, so her learned response was that if you want to hurt a woman who has children, accuse them of being a bad mother to shut them up. Unfortunately for Chantal, nobody else has the likely guilt that her own mother has so they really don't give a fuck about Chantal's opinion of their parenting.
