It's a trade-off. One hit of M855 or six spaced hits of M80. Best option is probably some fancy-ass Level III++ that can stop M855 too. Anything like III+ or III++ isn't recognized by NIJ so make sure it's worth it.

You have to buy for what you believe your threat to actually be. I roll Level IV because I live in the country and deer rifles in 30-06 and the like would be an a very real threat if there were widespread unrest. Thankfully you don't have to rely on + ratings anymore. The NIJ has a Special Threat rating that can certify for rounds like M193 and M855 beyond just Level III or IV.

Had to do some research into Maryland's gun laws.
They passed a bill in 2013 making it hard to get a gun, you have to complete training and get a special license. Since then, the murder rate has increased 3x the rate in surrounding states, armed robbery, burglary and rape have increased at a higher rate.
Life is cheap in Maryland. Could give a shit what Reddit has to say about wild teens murdering an old man. There's various defund the police efforts going on in cities and counties there, look for the whole state to become the next Portland.
On another note... follow up on the thing I posted yesterday about German ANTIFA leading the riots:
Oregon has the largest Ukrainian populations in the United States. Size of community has grown by about 14% annually since 2013. They have ethnic grocery chains, real estate, gun shops, schools, etc.
Talked to a couple Ukrainians about this, they told me about what life was like before Euromaiden. They said it was exactly like life in the US, they assumed 99% of people are normal and there's these tiny groups of extremists who did not matter. Things changed over the course of about a month, when snipers started shooting police everything went downhill. One shared a story about Donetsk where pro-Russian rioters took over a school and dared police to come near, they holed up there for days and video exploded on social media. Afterwards, the same thing started happening in places throughout the country, like we're seeing with the George Floyd riots.
There was a Ukrainian version of ANTIFA that the police chased out of the country before all this stuff happened. The two people I talked to absolutely believe ANTIFA is the front for groups behind these attacks and believe the same is going on here. When I asked them about speaking out on this, they said people are sheep and will believe anything the news tells them. One of them was familiar with Q and thought that was effective at getting the word out about IIA and 4GW, which is why people are talking about it as terrorism in the media.
The other one was involved in a militia and talked about what it was like fighting back against insurgents, who were walking around the streets executing people for several months. His neighbors learned to identify their patrols and would ambush them when they were sure there were no snipers. They didn't have guns and would usually need to fight with rocks and knives. When it came to street fights, they would carry pen and paper and leave a note on bodies indicating the insurgent was executed by their own for talking to the Police. This had the effect of creating distrust in the ranks of the insurgents, eventually they did start killing each other.
Both people said they came here in wanting to live in peaceful communities. Both said a common sentiment in their community is that Portland should Abolish the Police, Ukrainians would like to go there to fight ANTIFA themselves. I asked where this comes from, if it's patriotism or a desire to get some payback for what happened in the Ukraine. The answer was neither, they have guns now and believe everyone has a duty to kill Communists. One offered that ANTIFA marches are not welcome in their communities and they would probably just start shooting anyone who tried it. This person talked about a militia called the Wolves and it's connection to Ukrainian folklore, the gist was no one wants to see it's teeth.

I was at Champ Camp, a lacrosse summer program, when I first experienced anti Japanese / Asian racism from a Black man.
Heck, he kept on advancing on me rambling weird shit even after I backed off. I finally had to jab him with my lacrosse stick and hit him in the head with a lacrosse ball to get him to back off.
I was scared as shit when a cop rolled up, but apparently the man was one of the areas crazy people and the cop just told be to get back on campus.

It pains me to agree but you're right. The only woman in office who wasn't a raging clusterfuck is Margaret Thatcher. Even then, she made mistakes aplenty, but she was perfect for the time we were living in and was only decent because of two things: 1. Her academic background, first in chemistry and then in Law, and 2. Because she had a lot of male qualities.
Even then,she would be wholly inappropriate now.
These are shitty times we're living in but the longer I live, the more I realise I would happily sacrifice the freedoms we now have in order to restore balance and for the greater good. I woke LD even go as far as saying, had the people advocating women's suffrage been able to see the future, I am inclined to think they would have given it a hard pass and said fuck nope to it all.

I'm an agorist. I believe best way to fix American politics is via free exchange. There is a lot wrong with voting in America and corrupted in many ways. The problem is voting the bare minium for change. Its least amount of effort and investment. Sometimes that where the common person needs to start which is stop voting for parties who encourage people to burn their cities down.
