Seriously I'm surprised a cop hasn't just shot a single live round in the air and make them all scatter.
Although at this point if that happened the MSM would use that to justify rioters bring assault weapons and shooting at police in future riots so *shrug*

Warning shots are generally not allowed in both American law enforcement and if you're just a citizen defending yourself, you really only see them being used in countries where the police are armed but never deal with armed people since the citizens are almost universally disarmed. And in this case the rioters have already brought weapons and that seems like a good way to spark an actual shootout.
EDIT: Also in the military, I suppose but that's generally a prelude to dumping machine gun fire into a car approaching your checkpoint that doesn't show signs of stopping.

Just found out another interesting tidbit about the State of Maryland:
Rate of homicides solved statewide is about 25%.
Police are being defunded in various counties where 3 out of every 4 murders goes unsolved.
Let that sink in for a minute...

Kenosha County is a pivot county, meaning the majority voted for Obama twice, then shifted for Trump, and it did so very narrowly.Protestors are blocking an intersection, as well as people trying to get home from work

And unlike most pivot counties, it's quite a populated with well over 100'000 people, whereas most pivots are rural counties with less than 50'000 potential voters. This is the sort of county that both parties scrutinize in all sorts of tables and excel spreadsheets, and BLM just set it on fire.

A few things I noticed:
1) Clansman target appears to have been shot with birdshot ala a patterning board but I don't see obvious awkwardly shaped holes where the wadding hit the target, or a meaningful pattern to the birdshot holes I do see, so I'd guess somebody was shooting it way further out that would be typically be useful for patterning.
2) Through groups aren't exactly tight, but you only need to be minute of torso for combat so I'm not going to laugh about that too hard. Unless it becomes clear that any of this was remotely benchrest supported shooting, then I'll laugh, because I see optics on at least 2 of those guns which, assuming they aren't fakes (and my guess is they aren't, autism being the reason), may as well be cheating at the ranges they'd likely be practicing at.
3) Notice in the picture where they are holding their guns what you don't see. It's subtle. And may be irrelevant depending on how the 9th circuit rules on a very specific case in the not too distant future.
4) I see a total of 4 targets and not a heck of a lot of meaningful holes for the number of people assembled. Perhaps they shot more, but I think they'd have more targets visible in the pictures if they did given this is an PR shoot. Perhaps the heat got to them.
I'd guess somewhere between 50 and 100 yards, that's what most range-fed shooters will know, it's not too long a trek to check targets, and not too demoralizing for newbies. I'd be shooting at 50 or 100 if I was out in the desert this time of year. Might be closer in some cases given the "patterning board" used for birdshot, also note the handguns in the crowd, but hard to tell exactly how far for that.

The big clue will be how they come in. If they stage outside of town and stand around, they aren't going to do shit. If they stage off the local NG base and split up into several different groups (One to establish a FOB, a couple of seize control of vital areas and critical infrastructure, and a group armed up and spreading out) then it might be different. If they come in during the day, they're doing a show of force and will want people to see their armed. If they kind of slip in with the cops, they're there so the governor and mayor can say they called out the National Guard.
Also, take a look at what kind of unit is going to be sent in and the shape of the people they send in. If they send in people who couldn't win a fist fight with a pizza box and have them in groups of three or four, they're there just to say the guard was deployed.
You can BET they aren't going to go in like it's LA, in overwhelming numbers, locked a loaded, with APCs and Bradleys.
The governor already spread his ass cheeks for BLM talking about "muh rasyst sosighetee" bullshit.
I am not glownigger, but I am tired of posturing. Either side, shit or get off the pot, seriously.
